Wait 48 hours and try process again leaving on perm and setting lotions for 2-3 minutes being careful not to over process.

Signs of overprocessed eyebrows include change in color and curling at the ends. If this happens during the first step immediately take off lamination step.
You will still need to neutralize however. Apply fixing lotion, but only leave on for 2 minutes.
Take off fixing lotion and apply nourishing oil immediately. Do not tint brows. Instruct client to leave nourishing oil on for 48 hours.
After that they can use a lash conditioner to help keep brows strong. Do not try brow lamination again for 6-8 weeks.

Yes you can use the plastic wrap included in the kit for both the perm and setting lotion.
If you are a beginner and not comfortable with processing times, you can start off with not using the plastic wrap or only using plastic wrap for 30 seconds to 1 minute of processing times.

Instruct client to leave on nourishing oil for at least 24 hours, but 48 hours is even better. After that use a lash conditioner or BELLAMARQUE Lash Serum to keep lashes healthy and strong. Do not schedule your next lash lift before 6 weeks.
